Wine Up was born to break wine out of fine dining and put it where it truly comes alive: between people.
After years working in some of the world’s best restaurants across France, Northern Ireland and England, I wanted to create a wine experience that felt more open, more human and far less formal.
Every bottle has a personality, just like every person. Some are bright and easy-going; others are deeper, more complex and take time to understand. Discovering both is what Wine Up is all about.

Every Wine Up experience is shaped around your group, your occasion and your venue. New to wine? You’ll feel completely at ease. Already an enthusiast? You’ll find something new to explore. Expect carefully chosen wines, playful sensory games and plenty of ways to put your taste buds to the test.
Your home, a venue you love and a line-up created for your group. From birthdays and celebrations to an evening with friends, each tasting gives everyone space to get involved, explore the wines and decide what they genuinely enjoy. Complete beginners and experienced wine lovers are equally welcome.
Wine Up creates tastings for team evenings, client events and professional networking, delivered at your office or a venue of your choice. The theme, wines and format are shaped around the people in the room and what you want the event to achieve.
For wine bars, hotels and private members’ clubs, a tasting can become a one-off event or a regular wine night. The place sets the mood; Wine Up builds the experience around it.
